About the Role

The Specialist – Business Development role is responsible for managing a territory and selling Tulfa’s content services to C-level Executives and their direct reports. In this role you will prospect for and close 100% Net New Business and then transition closed business to Tulfa’s Account Management teams to ensure retention of the relationship. Act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives and focus purely on establishing new business relationships with non-client organizations within an assigned prospecting territory. 

As a Specialist – Business Development, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of Tulfa’s monetization routes. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you. Your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue 
  • Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide content strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Tulfa’s services 
  • Maintain consistent execution of Tulfa’s internal sales methodology 
  • Retain and grow Total Sales Bookings (TSB) to ensure Net revenue growth for given portfolio of events and/or clients 
  • Maintain timely and accurate revenue forecasting to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (+/- 5% accuracy) 
  • Utilize internal sales enablement tools and management process, such as correct use of contracts and following the booking process 
  • Deliver high quality presentation to C level executives in the Tulfa format. 
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis 
  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus 
  • Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects 
  • Manage end to end partner relations including pitching and negotiation

  • Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide marketing decision support to global organizations in achieving their business goals 6+ years external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success in Sales

About the Role

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of Tulfa’s monetization routes. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

About the Role

The Image Editor is responsible for reviewing every image created in the studio by a team of staff photographers. The focus of the job is to prepare the images for publication to one or more of our various ecommerce sites. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining quality assurance for offshore retouching services. Any additional required corrections will need to be made using advanced Photoshop techniques, such as clipping paths, balancing backgrounds, eliminating unwanted imperfections, wrinkles, dust and rigging tools. The technical ability of this associate will provide the critical consistency of all images. This associate will also maintain the image database that resides in the studio and prepare image transfers to production applications. This environment is extremely fast paced by photography standards, with an average item count over 50 items/bay for fashion and 30-40 items/bay for still life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide image retouching to prepare items for web publications.
  • Developing high quality and cutting-edge ecommerce imagery.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques and color composition
  • Should be able to do Image Correction, Color Correction, Clipping, Masking, Cropping, Retouching, Resizing, Model Retouching, Colorization, Image Manipulation and background removal / changes.
  • Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Pixlr, Affinity Photo, Visual Basic, Graphics, Audio Editing, Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
  • Working knowledge of masking, layers, alpha channels and color space, etc.
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of current Mac and Windows operating systems
