About the Role 

The Director of Image Editing Process is responsible for assuring images are delivered to our customers within the assigned specifications and at or above the expected level of quality. They also communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction. 

What you will do? 

  • Oversee the entire Image Editing team 

  • Facilitate project creation and completion 
  • Collaborate with clients and Creative Director 
  • Quality verification of all images produced in the studio 
  • Work directly with photographers, the QC manager and the studio manager to provide feedback on the images that do not meet specifications 
  • Track photographer reshoots per studio manager’s requirements 

  • Export images from shoots using the proper naming conventions 
  • Create export templates 
  • Verify export accuracy according to customer requirements 
  • Manage the post production workflow 
  • Keep accurate records of what was sent and received 

  • Communicate with vendors regarding retouching instructions, using whatever methods are necessary (mark up images, detailed written instructions etc.) 
  • Verify all post production requirements were correctly completed 
  • Make sure deadlines are being adhered to and notify manager if delays are expected 
  • Keep accurate performance reports for post-production vendors 
  • Final delivery to clients 

  • Verify images for quality, proper naming conventions, and proper file configurations 
  • Reconcile image/data discrepancies 
  • Correctly uploading to the File Management System 
  • Interact with the appropriate department managers to resolve customer questions and problems as they arise 
  • Communicate with clients as necessary 

  • Assist in creating and working within the established workflows and processes to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Delegating daily tasks to team members, ensuring they are completed in a timely manor 
  • Perform quality spot checks on work completed by QC Image Techs 
  • Use independent judgement to problem solve and make recommendations to improve efficiency 
  • Facilitate a team-oriented environment that is focused on client needs 

  • Less than 1% error rate on file deliveries 

Requisites – Qualification and Skills 

Required Qualification 

  • Professional leadership skills 
  • Professional project management skills 

  • Advanced knowledge of digital imagery, file handling, and editing software, in order to manage real-time quality review and provide constructive feedback to the photographers, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom. 
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of Image Magick or similar batch processing software is also a plus 
  • Advanced knowledge of image editing applications in order to coordinate the post-production process and execute virtual training sessions as needed 
  • Ability to find and reconcile discrepancies between large amounts of images and data 

  • Experience with the GS1 specification and able to coach and train others in using it to evaluate image sets 
  • Good understanding of photography principles such as lighting, composition, white balance, etc. 
  • Ability to balance many tasks at once and switch between tasks quickly 
  • Advanced computer literacy in Mac OS and Windows 

Preferred Qualification 

  • Proficient in Excel, including filtering and comparing data and performing data merges using the VLOOKUP tool 
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, including the pen tool, curves, levels, and selective color correction 
  • Batch editing experience 
  • Experience with the GS1 specification and able to coach and train others in using it to evaluate image sets

About the Role 

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for managing a territory and selling Tulfa’s content services to C-level Executives and their direct reports. In this role, you will prospect for and close 100% Net New Business and then transition closed business to Tulfa’s Account Management teams to ensure retention of the relationship. Act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives and focus purely on establishing new business relationships with non-client organizations within an assigned prospecting territory. 

As a Business Development Specialist, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of Tulfa’s monetization routes. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you. Your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills.

What You’ll Do 

  • Identify potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue 
  • Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide content strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Tulfa’s services 
  • Maintain consistent execution of Tulfa’s internal sales methodology 
  • Retain and grow Total Sales Bookings (TSB) to ensure Net revenue growth for given portfolio of events and/or clients 

  • Maintain timely and accurate revenue forecasting to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (+/- 5% accuracy) 
  • Utilize internal sales enablement tools and management process, such as correct use of contracts and following the booking process 
  • Deliver high quality presentation to C level executives in the Tulfa format. 
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis 
  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus 

  • Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects 
  • Manage end to end partner relations including pitching and negotiation 
  • Brainstorm and ideate creative marketing ideas to increase product adoption & awareness 
  • Plan and roll out marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences 

  • Establish best practices in digital marketing and stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments 
  • Generate and analyze campaign reports, followed by suggesting solutions to boost sales and partners 

Prerequisites 

  • 5 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success 
  • Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide marketing decision support to global organizations in achieving their business goals 6+ years external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success in Sales 

  • Knowledge of the issues faced by C-level heads of Sales and Marketing 
  • Good understanding of business buying centers 
  • Solid industry specific and account knowledge 
  • Ability to travel to conferences, client meetings, competitive conferences  
  • Solid business acumen and industry expertise  

  • Timely and accurate revenue forecasting, ability to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (+/- 5% accuracy) 
  • Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen 
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business 
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred 
  • An independent and thoughtful sales professional with exceedingly developed sales and negotiation skills 

  • An overachieving sales professional who can confidently articulate and quantify previous successes 
  • A resolute sales professional who is driven by succeeding in challenging and complex sales opportunities
