Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D renders of product packaging, Furniture Manufacturers, Jewelry Manufacturers, Watch Manufacturers, Appliances Manufacturers, Electronics Manufacturers and fashion including modeling, UVing, lighting the scene, and rendering 
  • Create 3D designs from 2D Plans 
  • Import 3D designs into rendering programs 
  • Add objects as necessary to complete the design per specifications 
  • Create preliminary renders of conceptual artwork 
  • Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design 
  • Add maps and textures and manipulate same to achieve desired results 
  • Create and add direct and ambient lighting 
  • Create camera views per best practices 
  • Set up renderer settings and render camera views 
  • Export rendered views to photoshop for further enhancement 
  • Record contemporaneous time keeping of all activities. 
  • Maintain texture and map and object files 

Education and Experience

  • Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: Autodesk Revit, Autocad, 3DS Max or Maya, Photoshop

Director - Image Process

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire Image Editing team 
  • Facilitate project creation and completion 
  • Collaborate with clients and Creative Director 
  • Quality verification of all images produced in the studio 
  • Work directly with photographers, the QC manager and the studio manager to provide feedback on the images that do not meet specifications 
  • Track photographer reshoots per studio manager’s requirements 
  • Export images from shoots using the proper naming conventions 
  • Create export templates 
  • Verify export accuracy according to customer requirements 
  • Manage the post production workflow 
  • Keep accurate records of what was sent and received 
  • Communicate with vendors regarding retouching instructions, using whatever methods are necessary (mark up images, detailed written instructions etc.) 
  • Verify all post production requirements were correctly completed 
  • Make sure deadlines are being adhered to and notify manager if delays are expected 
  • Keep accurate performance reports for post-production vendors 
  • Final delivery to clients 
  • Verify images for quality, proper naming conventions, and proper file configurations 
  • Reconcile image/data discrepancies 
  • Correctly uploading to the File Management System 
  • Interact with the appropriate department managers to resolve customer questions and problems as they arise 
  • Communicate with clients as necessary 
  • Assist in creating and working within the established workflows and processes to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Delegating daily tasks to team members, ensuring they are completed in a timely manor 
  • Perform quality spot checks on work completed by QC Image Techs

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of professional leadership experience 
  • 3+ years of professional project management skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of digital imagery, file handling, and editing software, in order to manage real-time quality review and provide constructive feedback to the photographers, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom. 
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of Image Magick or similar batch processing software is also a plus 
  • Advanced knowledge of image editing applications in order to coordinate the post-production process and execute virtual training sessions as needed 
  • Ability to find and reconcile discrepancies between large amounts of images and data 
  • Experience with the GS1 specification and able to coach and train others in using it to evaluate image sets 
  • Good understanding of photography principles such as lighting, composition, white balance, etc. 
  • Ability to balance many tasks at once and switch between tasks quickly 
  • Advanced computer literacy in Mac OS and Windows

About the Role

The Ecommerce Copywriter will be responsible for managing all copy content related to merchandise on our ecommerce website. They will write description and product information for all products for various ecommerce marketplaces and brand websites; this is a role for a fast-paced ecommerce copywriter. Aggregates factual information from a variety of sources to construct pitch-perfect selling copy. Upholds the brand voice. Partners closely with associates in ecommerce merchandising to plan and prioritize deliverables. Adheres to ecommerce Copy Style Guidelines. Makes recommendations to improve processes and tools. About the Role

About the Role

The Image Editor is responsible for reviewing every image created in the studio by a team of staff photographers. The focus of the job is to prepare the images for publication to one or more of our various ecommerce sites. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining quality assurance for offshore retouching services. Any additional required corrections will need to be made using advanced Photoshop techniques, such as clipping paths, balancing backgrounds, eliminating unwanted imperfections, wrinkles, dust and rigging tools. The technical ability of this associate will provide the critical consistency of all images. This associate will also maintain the image database that resides in the studio and prepare image transfers to production applications. This environment is extremely fast paced by photography standards, with an average item count over 50 items/bay for fashion and 30-40 items/bay for still life.

About the Role

The Image Editor is responsible for reviewing every image created in the studio by a team of staff photographers. The focus of the job is to prepare the images for publication to one or more of our various ecommerce sites. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining quality assurance for offshore retouching services. Any additional required corrections will need to be made using advanced Photoshop techniques, such as clipping paths, balancing backgrounds, eliminating unwanted imperfections, wrinkles, dust and rigging tools. The technical ability of this associate will provide the critical consistency of all images. This associate will also maintain the image database that resides in the studio and prepare image transfers to production applications. Responsibilities

  • Lead team of process managers to ensure smooth content workflow.  
  • Research products details on the internet 
  • Create category templates for multiple product categories as per the guidelines for leading e-commerce marketplaces and brands 
  • Should be able to create/generate product content (from scratch) for various categories of products 
  •  Should be able to systematically fill in the CSV/ Content Sheets for leading e-commerce sites 
  •  Responsible for continuously adding and updating high lead converting keywords in product descriptions, titles and SEO details 
  •  Updating Product Data / Specifications / Stock Qty / Images and other product details 
  •  Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images 
  •  Regular posting of product content for new items along with high quality & fast loading images, well drafted verbal descriptions, and product attributes on sites like eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and other reputed international e-commerce platforms.
  •  To monitor, evaluate catalogs and identify areas of opportunities 
  •  Provide complete, accurate, timely documented feedback on every evaluation 
  •  Comply with CatLog Monitoring procedures with 98% accuracy and 100% of productivity 
  •  Complete daily/weekly/monthly assigned number of evaluations. 
  • Compare prices & products listing of competitive websites 
  • Manage individual and bulk listings on marketplaces 

Requisites – Qualification and Skills

  • 4-5 years of professional process management experience 
  • Professional leadership experience  
  • Proficient in Excel, including filtering and comparing data and performing data merges using the VLOOKUP tool 
  • Experience with the GS1 specification and able to coach and train others in using it to evaluate image sets
