About the Role

The Sales Manager role is responsible for managing a territory and selling Tulfa’s content services to C-level Executives and their direct reports. In this role you will prospect for and close 100% Net New Business and then transition closed business to Tulfa’s Account Management teams to ensure retention of the relationship. You will act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives and focus purely on establishing new business relationships with non-client organizations within an assigned prospecting territory.

  • For ongoing customer projects, facilitate project work (collecting product lists, needs, scheduling, etc.) and own the experience for those customers. 
  • Collaborate with Tulfa leadership to build customer health indicators to use in reporting and preparation for customer business reviews. Own the implementation and monitoring of those metrics over time. 
  • Work internally to approve invoices and change orders. Communicate with customers externally to address billing and payment questions. 

Requisites – Qualification and Skills

  • 2-3 years of related work experience

About the Role

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling, pitch-perfect product copy for various ecommerce marketplaces and brands websites. 
  • Writing product copies of 3000 words per day on an average so must be a fast writer with a high attention to detail. 
  • Write Merchandise contenti.e.product descriptions (high-end catalog style), shopping guides, size charts and other product-specific copy, brand, trend and gift descriptions, as well as feature editorial and promotional copy  
  • Supports the ecommerce Copy Style Guide project, drafting, modifying and updating Style Guides/Standards; Performs quality assurance on product pages and make edits to adhere to Copy Standards 
  • Writes SEO copy for a variety of pages on the web site (content + product pages) 
  • Modifies existing web product copy to support change requests from merchant and customer service teams 
  • Partners with ecommerce Category Managers and brand partners toinsurebranded products are communicated in an elevated, unified way across channels  
  • Proofs and signs off on copy prior to go live 
  • Patterns the competition to understand best practices in ecommerce copy; “Walks our store” and makes compelling recommendations to optimize the digital customer experience

Qualifications and Skills
